My "updated" product came without any documentation. Just one device in one box. I followed the YouTube instructions exactly, but the setup didn't work. The reason was that the device already had SSIDs that weren't mine - apparently the "restore" didn't involve a simple factory reset. So I spent almost 2 hours setting this thing up including time on the phone with a guy from India. Not my favorite way to spend time. I also can't access the web setting now that I'm off the phone. Support "Community" is not organized. This earns the expander. A few months later I received an email from Netgear saying the device was not secure. The maze guide didn't help and actually didn't work. A few months later I received another email with the same problem. The? Do we have to manually update this thing several times a year? The device no longer works about 15 months after purchase. I also see that the device costs significantly more than when I bought it. So overall I am very dissatisfied with the product.
