When I received the zip on the suitcase the zip was unzipped. Things do happen, but when I plugged the mic into my iPhone, it didn't work. There was no manual so I went to the Movo website and couldn't find a manual or anything on how to use the mic. So I emailed Movo through their website, waited a few hours and nothing. So I contacted Revain support and they tried to help me but couldn't find any information about the hardware either? So I finally gave in and asked for a refund. To make matters worse, late that evening I received an email from Movo that said "We noticed that you were browsing our website but didn't make a purchase. Can you help me with the purchase?".
