This is my second system within one year. This second one came with several problems. The camera both seem fine. The split screen kept jumping from one screen to two with seconds. The Eastern USA time was off by ten minutes and I was no given the option to manually fix it. The volume kept turning off within minutes of turning it on.There is no expert help at Best Buy. I called and was told to go straight to the company. I emailed them five times with pictures and explanation of the problem. That was dismissed. Gave me instructions that did not apply to a malfunctioning system.Today I called Best Buy again after taking a break. Requested a exchange and see how it goes. I think what they sent me was a damaged or refurbished system the first time around in this second order. I just told Ama on rep I want a brand new system sent. Should not take more then 45 minutes to set up.Spent 5 hours trying to resolve this. This is not rocket science.Two weeks later I approved an replacement. Now it’s one month since that date and am still waiting for that replacement. I called Best Buy several timesand they have no clue when they will be bank in stock. Although it says six left. They claim they are waiting for the company in China. At this point I give up. I requested my money back. Tonton or Best Buy playing games. If they are not in stock it would say "Not In Stock”. Overall experience is #1.Would not recommend theses cameras nor the company TonTon.
