Sometimes my stuff falls out - it's too heavy (example: Swiffer, I now store it without cleaning solution). And it's a bit difficult to install because the holes are inserted in such a way that it's difficult to get the drill through. However, once you understand this, everything will work fine. I don't mind that and my husband loves that all our stuff is easily accessible (we only have one closet downstairs for the living room and kitchen so putting cleaning products in our shoe/outerwear closet is a great compromise )
