Very simple to use, great customer service. Our current software is not compatible with the new version. I wish we could have done the upgrade without the downtime. The downtime caused a lot of issues for us. The software was updated to a new version and it was not compatible with our legacy software. Customer support is great! I would highly recommend the software. We had a great experience with Binary. I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the software to our needs. I dislike the fact that the software is very expensive and the support is not always available. I would highly recommend this software to any provider. The software has allowed us to streamline the billing process and has also helped us to stay on top of the insurance companies. We are able to see all of our patient information in one place and it is very easy to update.
