I will recommend everyone who is looking out for an integrated software that can handle multiple databases or platforms like Salesforce (which we use) should definitely go through this tool - it has not only solved problems relating specifically to Salesforce but also solving business process issues overall. Good customer support team always ready at any time of day/night to take your call / chat / live help you whenever needed. It's sometimes difficult if there's no one available online just pick up the phone they're really helpful and solve most cases within hours rather than days so far haven't faced anything yet worth mentioning about slielet product quality etc., everything seems good except maybe price range compared to competitors products however given its benefits vs competition would still suggest going for it especially when having.
