Worked great in a 2005 Jetta GTI to install a single din radio in a double din space.

I have never fitted a radio in a Jetta so I ordered this kit as well as a double din kit. The car supports dual din so I thought this was the way to go but I was wrong. With this pocket, it basically fits under a single din radio in a double din position, and the "tabs" of the radio cage fit snugly. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that it is not tightly mounted, it seems like it is loose although this is a design flaw in the car and not specifically the mounting hardware.
