I like how easy it is to create groupings of my contacts using their last names. You can also click through all your saved groups (when you have more then one in each category). It would be nice if there was an option so only those who were invited could access certain categories when searching by title or first letter instead having them find what they are looking for at random! If anyone isn't aware now's as good time with this because people change jobs often & not everyone will know about these services until someone points out its presence - even though many Catholics use social media/groups etc., still some don' realize we need something different than Facebook which may mean less activity within our "group" I like how it's easy to use and very user friendly. It's intuitive to navigate and easy to navigate between pages of information. Also, the support team is amazing and always responds with fast service! There is nothing specific that I dislike about this program. It has helped us in so many ways - from keeping our membership up, to collecting money for fundraisers. We can also keep track of donations and even send letters out to those who have been absent.
