Updated 2/12/2019. After researching information on some online forums, I decided to try these universal cartridges again. The advice was to shake them before installing. I shook it a little, put it back in and after a few tries it worked. The printer still doesn't recognize the cartridge, but at least I can print. Upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Previous review from 10/23/19: I had high hopes for this cartridge because of the great reviews. Unfortunately it didn't work with my printer. Did the printer show up? no matter what i did
