Review on πŸ‘ž 3 Andrews Boot Wax: Natural Beeswax Polish, Leather Cleaner & Conditioner - 7oz by Kristen Simpson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Made for boots and works well.

This is a soft paste made from vegetable oil, soy/beeswax and aloe vera. Made in Texas, nice to see an American product. It has quite a strong chemical smell, it's meant to be used as a shoe wax and it works great on boots but I wouldn't recommend you use it for anything else. The smell is pretty bad and will linger and be nasty on things like bags, belts or anything near your nose or things you hold in your hands. However, I lived in South Florida and used a beeswax product on my boots that smelled like honey. The roaches were having a great day and biting my boots so hard they peeled off the top layer of skin. The smell of honey attracted bugs, that's not a problem with this product, it definitely doesn't smell like honey. When used as directed, this shoe wax kept all my shoes looking like new and really nourishes the leather and puts water drips on them. This is a soft white translucent wax, you don't need much, it lasts a long time. The product works very well but I really hate the smell and it's hard to get rid of my hands hence 4 stars. Next time I will use rubber gloves.

Pros
  • Darkens and nourishes. Ideal skin softener. This boot protector will black out your hiking boots, bags and straps to protect them from damage.
Cons
  • I don't remember
