Works as prescribed

My physical therapist recommended this full size (36") and smooth surface (as opposed to those with knobby surfaces). I use this for my legs as prescribed by my physical therapist. Works great. Holds my 185lbs without crushing or denting.36" is way too big for travel but they make a 12" travel size one if you really need to travel with it.
