Review on Ove Glove Heat Resistant Oven Mitt for Kitchen/Grilling, 540 Degree High Temperature Protection, As Seen On TV Household Gift, Flame & Heat Resistance by Jeremy Adams

Based on other reviews of this glove I believe the glove I received is a fake. Heat is felt through the glove almost immediately at 400 degrees and I couldn't hold the pan for more than about 10 seconds. Couldn't even hold 1 liter. the lid of the pot after heating the vegetables. Also, there is no label in the glove and there was no data sheet in the box. The glove weighs 85 grams. I contacted Ove Glove by phone and was told that if I was buying from Revain the glove had to be legal. (I used the product link directly from ovglove.com to verify this.) However, after receiving an email from Geeeno regarding my satisfaction with my purchase, I really started to wonder if this glove was real or fake . I noticed this supplier at Ove Glove during my conversation with them and they didn't know Geeeno. I am returning this glove but at the same time keeping the right handed anti pair glove I ordered as it works well. and it has both a label and a registration card. The best I can understand is that although this Revain webpage lists "Ove Glove" as a supplier and says "Ships and sells from Revain.com" they have to be sourced from other suppliers.
