Bought to replace a unit that had been used for years and was completely worn out. Use it to finish Godin's wood burning fireplace door. Based on other reviews of this glove I believe the glove I received is a fake. Heat is felt through the glove almost immediately at 400 degrees and I couldn't hold the pan for more than about 10 seconds.
