very poor product good for power tool parts and accessories

yes of course they can grind as they are held together for a VERY short time, the binder used to hold the stone on the shank awful insufficient and when heated quickly breaks and turns into a granular powder and will not bond making it useless for anything other than warm oil if you intend to use it on metal forget it it will NOT stick together. If they REALLY fall apart you can always glue them together with JB Weld 8281 which should hold better than the glue you used. ,
