The ability to see each patient's data within one window, which was helpful in seeing trends over time as well making sure I never missed any patients during my shifts throughout an entire day or week! It would be nice if it could go into more detail about what certain fields mean without you having too much of your screen cluttered with information that may only pertain directly related at hand (such as lab results).

Sometimes when adding new notes they are not always entered correctly so there has been times where we have had duplicate entries instead of just overwriting them like other systems do sometimes - but this issue can also occur outside their system though since our database does sync up frequently via EMRs etc., however most often these issues fix themselves soon after entering something incorrectly once noticed by me personally through reviewing reports online afterwards myself rather than waiting until another employee notices later down stream from us.
