If cats didn't have claws!
Love these and have bought them several times over the years as they wear out. Unfortunately, although they are waterproof and easy to remove dirt, cats do have claws. And my cats seem to think it's necessary to scratch both the outside of the litter box and the inside. Inevitably, it will be torn beyond recognition and replaced through no fault of your own.
