It works to turn on the TV and change channels, but nothing more. Does not sync with theater system for volume, blue ray player or any other console device. Although it looks like our Samsung remote, it is a generic brand. With the exception of set-top boxes, everything else is Samsung. Is it worth paying more for a genuine Samsung remote? upset.
