The phone holder on the stand is adjustable so the designers could have made it a bit wider to work with the Otterbox iPhone Plus case but obviously they either chose not to or didn't think of it. Considering that a lot of people use cases, this is a pretty lousy design. It's pointless, I won't photograph my Otterbox every time I need to take some photos or video. The phone holder on the side also does not attach easily and is very flimsy. I haven't tried the other mount yet (at least the phone fits in with the case) but the other parts annoyed me so much that it just doesn't matter at the moment.
