It was my fault it says canvas paper I thought I ordered the artist's canvas you Clamp to make your own Custom size painting. I was in a hurry to order other things and didn't pay attention. But nothing, I hold. I am saving for my granddaughter and adult children if they want to paint it will save my canvases. It's perfect for trying something new. The paper is very thin and has a very nice "linen" quality. I really like it, and I can use it for other purposes, it's very good quality paper, but it's paper, it's not meant to be stretched. If you are a beginner or an intermediate artist this is great. I attach it to a foam board with straight handles and put it on an easel and it works great. Also, if you have an idea for a painting and want to sketch it and experiment with the process, that would be great for you before actually painting it onto the canvas.
