No display when cycling

Guys: This is a good product, very durable and I'm really glad I bought them (2: one for each bike; BUT there is no display. It's not hard to understand but there are a few things you need to know.I have a Trek hybrid. My wife has a K-2 hybrid. There are 2 sets of bolts, one is shorter than the other so doesn't stick as often on the bike like me a short screw big screws are on the product, short ones in a separate bag, there are rubber grommets in this small bag too, you need to use them, otherwise the parts hanging on your frame will be too loose and not tight enough , to be sure , especially on the seat post I didn't even open the bag when fitting the 1st bracket and was disappointed that none of the hardware was tight and secure then I saw the extra bag n, opened and tested my not "ghost". The nylon nuts go into a flange that holds them in place when you tighten them so you don't need a 10mm wrench, which I did. You need to make sure they stay in the flange while you tighten the bolt. Set the reflector to 1. I adjusted my bracket so that the platform was fully extended and was then unable to mount the reflector. Important: DO NOT tighten ANY of your screws until you have both sides of support and the holder is in place. be it. You may need to tilt the frame connector in or out to get the correct adjustment. The porter took about 15. Hope that helps!
