Works well, well designed.
I have a '95 Suburban 4x4 with the body up and a large Surco trunk on top. This is a great product for Surco racks. I replaced the hardware with stainless steel and used a large stainless steel wing nut in place of a nut. I can remove and put it back in with a screwdriver (between the "wings" at an angle), but trust me, if you need an ax and a shovel, you won't be in the mood to put them on. Go back there after using them. I just throw them in the trunk and then put them on the shelf.
