We are able to see forecasted transactions from our point of sale system which shows us what is coming next for that day or week's sales so we can plan accordingly. It has cut down waiting time at each stage of processing payment transaction between POS and accounting department - this helps the overall operation speed. Not much as I dislike its interface but it takes sometime before you get used to navigate throught the program. Sometimes there could be lag while updating your payer list hence affecting accuracy of calculations especially if working during peak hours when the number of customers increases drastically. With this software implementation process was made fast and accurate since every detail is captured automatically.
