I have owned several digital meters for many years and they all seemed fine until I started getting results measuring low voltage DC from Compare LiPo batteries. The readings were close, but not close enough for me to be comfortable. Decided it was time to buy a new meter. So I went to the local depot and returned home with a very good meter. The brand new gauge was also slightly defective and didn't match my LiPo charger, so I settled on a Fluke 115. This gauge is accurate to within 0.5% of the reading. Using the 5V reference voltage (see photo), the spec value is somewhere between 4.975V and 5.025V. As shown, my Fluke reads exactly 5000VDC. Amazing Accuracy. I now use this gauge in conjunction with a reference VREF-01 5V to calibrate my LiPo chargers and ISDT battery gauge.
