I like that my insurance was transferred into their system, so it's easy to keep track of all appointments/visits with doctors as well as prescription refills for medications! It can be difficult at first since there are many different options you have available depending on what type of account (basic vs premium) your provider uses - but once figured out everything becomes easier than ever before!! For me personally this has been an amazing tool because keeping up-to date records makes things much more organized when dealing with any medical concerns down the line.
