10/18/2020 Update: Just over a month ago the return window flew out and the urn broke. It's just cheap (albeit nicer) junk. I'll try to contact the manufacturer as it shouldn't have fallen apart like that. I will update my review if they decide to replace or repair it. It is the same as the pictures, no fading problems. I love this pendant, I ordered a larger chain and loop so the pendant would be more durable. The chain it comes with is sterling silver and is beautiful, but is as thin and delicate as can be. But to be honest, since it's covered in my dad's remains, I'm not upset that I spent an extra $50 to have a better chain and be able to wear it 24/7.
