Review on ActivPlay by Samuel Groove

Unfortunately, my recent acquisition of a trampoline from ActivPlay was marred by poor customer service. It took longer than anticipated to receive the product, and once we did, it was incomplete. My interaction with customer support was extremely frustrating because they were both unhelpful and unapologetic. The trampoline's quality also fell short of my hopes, as it appeared to be made of cheap materials and was not very sturdy. Even though ActivPlay's website advertised a large inventory of outdoor play equipment, my negative experience has made me reluctant to shop there again. Before making a purchase, I would advise others to do as much research as possible on the business and the products it sells. ActivPlay left a negative impression on me, and I would not suggest them to anyone.
