I would like to recommend this product. Great concept but bad design. I liked the idea that it can only be attached to the shoulder portion of the harness which gives my dog a little more freedom of movement than tying it to the harness clip. I was hoping this would also keep the seatbelt buckle secure in the event of an emergency stop. While the specs section mentions sudden stop response, further reading states that it was not designed or tested for emergency driving. Then what's the point? My dog tore the clip completely off the harness the first time I used it. The strap slot should be smaller and angled to prevent the strap from slipping out. If these changes were made I would consider buying again, but I'll be back.
