I just replaced my screen protector with this matte screen protector on my iPad 8th gen just because the old one is very glare and also causes a lot of smudges on the screen. I chose Ambison's premium screen protector because their product claims to be anti-glare, clear and smudge-proof, but it also comes with an alignment tool, which is a huge plus for me as my screen protectors are off by a millimeter or two. whatever i do It's noticeable all the time around the home button or camera hole. So I followed the installation instructions and my screen protector fitted my iPad's screen perfectly. And look at the photos before and after I put the protective film on the screen. Its anti-glare feature works like a charm and doesn't negatively affect the color or clarity of the screen when it's on. The smudge resistance is also very good. After a few days of use by my kids, my iPad's screen is still very clean with almost no fingerprints or smudges, which is great.
