Review on ๐Ÿ”‘ Keychron K8 Wireless Bluetooth 5.1/Wired USB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Hot-swappable, Tenkeyless 87 Keys, White LED Backlit, Gateron Brown Switch, N-Key Rollover - for Mac Windows by Robert Toomey

Very bad BT (repeat buttons without touching them) and risk your wrist health

It's ok there are brown switches which should be quieter but still feel good. And what it does is it's nice to type on, but it's so big and the angle is very uncomfortable. You'll need something to lift your arms off the table about 1 cm so you don't hurt your wrists. The second part is Bluetooth - when it comes to this feature, the product is in the pre-alpha stage. If I were Keychron I wouldn't post such a terrible implementation. I used to think they were the bomb given the reviews and research I did before purchasing. I was badly misled - they don't make quality products, they make products like "damn, sometimes it works". they are made by someone else. However, Keychron designed a case with such a strange angle and height. The backlight is white only and costs about 2 presets. The rest are probably meant to be displayed in stores - you know, annoying/distracting waves and such. I don't know why anyone would put themselves through this lol :) Appearance of the product: great, the finish is perfect, the keycaps are of good quality, the keyboard is quite heavy. Product Features: Good support for Mac/Win, it can be used as a cable with USB-C cable. Product comfort: very poor. Product Firmware: Damn bug when you want to use Bluetooth - it resends the same dongle without my active input! Crazy things. If you use it as a wired keyboard, why buy this model? Save money. Product Highlight: Partially usable, 2 presets that don't cause seizures or distractions. It has 3 brightness levels to choose from, just like any other backlit keyboard :) Product price: Too high for what you get: A buggy wireless keyboard that shouldn't have been released to the public until the bugs were fixed. .Its worth it? No, unless you're a Keychron fan, this product is a waste of time (you'll fix the snooze buttons and sometimes get annoyed when the backspace button gets stuck) and a health hazard for your wrists.
