They put it on a cork, I won’t say that it’s warm, but I won’t call it cold either, it’s nice to walk barefoot. Easy to put on, my husband put it on himself. I have not found any scratches yet, although the cat regularly "digs" to get under the bed. When wet cleaning, at first there were stains, on a dark one you can see very well. On the Internet, I read advice: wash with hot water with a microfiber cloth. I washed it by hand (without a mop), without tools - the laminate is like new. I recommend.
