Review on Seavenger Scout 3Mm Neoprene Child Wetsuit by Treyshaun Clena

I bought this for a 4 year old 32.5 lbs little girl (she's tiny in size and above average in height). The sleeves were about 4 inches longer than her arms. The shoulders and the legs were about 6 inches longer than her legs. I had to fold the legs and the arms for it to fit correctly. The shoulders were big and bulks up when she's wearing them. The arms and legs fit perfectly on the circumference. The thickness is perfect. I'm rating it a 2 for the fact that aside from the circumference of the arms and legs, the rest did not fit correctly and I feel that the measurement on the chart size is misleading.
