Review on 💡 Dorman 04994 Spindle Lock Nut Kit: Enhanced Security for Safeguarding Spindles by Brian Vasquez

This is convenient packaging but as I put the nut on the spindle I noticed that the nut it didn't sit right on the stock. It appears that the threads in the nut were not cut straight, so the nut is about .030 from the surface on one side of the bearing. So basically rubbish as the nut only touches the bearing surface in a small spot and not flat. If you put the nut on you can see her swinging up and down from your face. I bought 2 packs hoping maybe it was a problem with one of the NO nuts. The same and in the second. Most likely, they will return the money and look for another manufacturer. The rest of the components in the kit looked good, but the nut is bullshit.
