Poor quality nut is the best in spare parts

Convenient packaging, but when putting the nut on the spindle I noticed that the nut does not sit evenly on the bearing. It appears that the threads in the nut were not cut straight, so the nut is about .030 from the surface on one side of the bearing. So basically rubbish as the nut only touches the bearing surface in a small spot and not flat. If you put the nut on you can see her swinging up and down from your face. I bought 2 packs hoping maybe it was a problem with one of the NO nuts. The…

Bad Axle Nut

This is convenient packaging but as I put the nut on the spindle I noticed that the nut it didn't sit right on the stock. The 13/16-20 nut is not only suitable for Pintos, but also for Ez-Loader trailers.

I don't have a Pinto but this kit almost fits the ez loader trailer axle. I needed a 13/16-20 nut and retainer and this was the quickest way to get them. The only unsuitable component is the washer; Ez-Loader uses a D washer. However, a small portion of the key allowed this washer to be installed without turning.
