It has helped me to manage my claims with ease! The benefits are endless when you have this software in place for your practice/business!! There is nothing we dislike about it now its just perfect as far as using our business goes. Definitely go through all of their training before implementing into day operation. ! They offer so much support throughout implementation period too if needed but honestly there should be no problems once implemented correctly because they will help guide any issues or questions along way. !! We love how easy everything works together from emailing patients letters etc., managing billing process & invoicing patient payments (we use Quickbooks). This allows us not worry bout anything else while still knowing what's going around within clinic everyday without having extra staff members helping out which saves time money AND stress at same times! Great product overall!! Its great working wih them also helps keep track off billings ect very efficient. . !! Overall.
