Review on 🔌 Tekonsha T-One® T-Connector Harness: 4-Way Flat for Ford Escape Compatibility by Tony Dago

I used this kit to power the trailer accessories on a Ford Escape. The kit comes with everything you need, but you need to run a power cable from the front battery terminal to the rear of the car. My setup required me to remove part of the bumper and taillight trim to attach the wiring harness to the taillights. Probably the hardest part of this installation is getting the taillight adapters through the floor of the car where the taillights are. This required several dowels that acted like a fishing line. The other part that took a while was finding a good place to run the power cord through the engine area and back into the back of the car. I would recommend getting some extra zip ties to keep things secure. I installed the main box on the outside rear on the driver's side between the wheel and the bumper. This gave enough room to fit adapters into each taillight, although I wish the kit was a bit longer for this. Overall this kit does a good job of powering your trailer and includes everything you need.
