Love the feel of the stainless steel handle and the 12 inch overall size. This is not a spatula to leave on the stove in a hot pan, but you should never do this with a spatula, especially one with a nylon or plastic coating. It flexes just enough to control the food without pushing it around in the pan. The construction is strong enough to withstand rough handling and dishwashers without damage. I was very impressed with this design and the price. This is a great tool for everyday use including making sausage, eggs and sandwiches.
