Review on Cuisinart CBK 200 Convection Automatic Breadmaker by Sidewinders Rains

I have always loved and trusted Cuisinart products until I bought this bread maker🥲. The instructions are terrible. I printed them out, read them, and read them again. The first loaf, 2 pounds of white bread, was so big I had to pop it out of the mold with a plastic knife. Reread the instructions, searched the web for videos, no luck, can't find a way to call support. When you open the "menu" you will only see numbers, crust numbers starting at 1200, the cooking time is your estimate. Tried making another bread, oatmeal 1lb. Sorry I took a picture. It looked like a big lump of plasticine. Both breads were good but not the product I expected from Cuisinart. Surely there is someone from the company who can help me, otherwise I will have to return this car.
