Brand is great if you really get the real brand. When I bought it it seemed to me that these were fakes because the panels burned my hair and glue was visible under the panels. You can get them for a much lower price on Amazon, but now I understand why. One day my roommate was ironing my hair and she accidentally dropped the iron on the floor and the plates smashed everywhere. They do their job but the quality leaves a lot to be desired and this is not a product worth spending money on because any mistake can happen and they don't last long. After the incident I called Amazon 2 months later and complained about the issue and they gave me a full refund. The reason I am so loyal to this company is that they are loyal to me.
