The seller may sell defective goods.

This is the exact model I rented from my ISP, but I had constant outages and service interruptions immediately after switching to this modem. I've waited too long to install to get a refund, so I have to pay for a product I can't use. The model itself is fine as the model I got from my internet company works great. (I'm just tired of renting). I just think this seller may be selling a defective item.
