I would argue that the pots are full. These are thin, colored tablets balanced on a spongy base, making them appear thicker than they really are. Thirty-six tablets in this 'creative' collection are machine cut and have torn edges. As for the shades, there are three fluorescent ones (yellow, orange, pink) that just don't belong in the set. The blues, of which there are five, are almost indistinguishable from one another. Also, it takes some time for the water to soak in, so you'll have to wait. My advice: if you're buying from Stationery Island, try the Artist Palette. More color, creamy texture, better color palette.
