It is very durable. on Cargo Carriers

I bought this unit to install a bike rack on the back of my RV's 4" square bumper as advertised. The problem is that U-bolts are 4 1/2 inches. I didn't want to return it so I used a 4 x 6 x 1/2 inch piece of steel plate as a spacer and notched it so the U-bolts would hold it in place. Now it is very durable. It would be easier if it was the right size to begin with.
