I bought this for my phone because sometimes I have trouble taking photos from a distance. It was quite difficult to set up my phone with the mount. It comes with a small tripod which is handy for on the go shooting, but I would recommend a professional tripod if you want to get professional shots. Images come out very well, although there may be some glare in very sunny weather. Overall, it's great for beginners and enthusiasts looking to get their hands on a monocular.
