So I gave them 4 stars in the review, mainly because of the ergonomic design of these supposed nose piercing kits. Although they came with nose studs, they actually only held regular, somewhat inexpensive ear piercing guns (which didn't bother me for the price). The guns made trying to pierce my nose very awkward, which was a little frustrating, but for the most part I managed. The pain was completely insignificant. I felt a slight sting and everything went away. However, it is important to replace the ring immediately, as the pin inside has a sharp end and will scratch the inside of your nose. Just make sure you try to keep it as clean as possible as this cannot be a sterile procedure. I had a nose piercing for about 3 months with no problems. Good luck and have fun!
