We bought this for my 6 year old’s recent bday and it is used daily by her and little sis (4). It’s great for upper body strength and both girls are already building calluses from extreme use! Adjustable height is perfect for this age group. I have tested it myself and weigh 130. It feels sturdy. My daughters use it at the same time frequently and weigh 100 total. Right now we use and old crib mattress underneath as a mat but it would be ideal for anyone purchasing this to use a gym mat underneath. So happy with this purchase!
