Edimax EW-7611ULB 2-in-1 USB Dongle can be connected to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. After my first tests I was able to use it over USB 1.0-2.0. Worked well via USB to Firewire adapter but had trouble converting USB 3.0 to 3.1.=====OS had some trouble using drivers.• Windows 7 to Windows 10/10 S worked great with minimal Problems.• Apple operating system users may encounter some problems due to lack of driver support for this device. • Linux/Android OS users will find this device works well on their system. If there are problems, make sure to use the terminal commands to get the appropriate or latest driver updates. • Server/HTPC Operating Systems: If you have Windows or Linux Server/HTPC based operating system, this device will work properly. However, I wouldn't recommend this as your primary connection and would choose a NIC instead if you run a business. However, this works for a home server or HTPC. Overall I like this device but there are a few downsides like driver support and standard I/O compatibility. In addition, there is an indicator light that can be a bit annoying to the eyes as it lights up from time to time. I recommend placing this behind your I/O desktop, not in front of it.
