It is very easy to use. Teaching our dog to stay in the yard and listen to our commands is great. The remote control has sound, vibration and shock, all separate buttons to press. This way the dog will get warnings before you need to shock, which is good because our dog knows he will be shocked if he doesn't obey. He likes to hunt chipmunks and squirrels. Now we can just say no. This is a great product, I highly recommend it. The price is so reasonable and affordable. We lost the remote control, the insurance didn't cover the lost item. I wrote to the company and they sent us a new remote for free, I was willing to pay for it, great customer service!
