Failed to load media. I was very interested because I've always wanted a glass jug without a glass handle. The glass handle is very slippery with a wet hand and too cold in the fridge. was very happy when i found it. 2 ordered to match base price. When it was empty or filled with cold water I didn't see a problem. after adding hot water and lifting, the glass falls. Both handles fit one glass, both handles will not work with other glass. a glass is damaged. I don't like the blame game, who's to blame, who's to blame. The seller did what a seller can do but I chose to keep the video review to warn another buyer to stay out of a very dangerous situation. If I couldn't catch it, even my hand would be hurt by the hot water, my dog would be seriously hurt. I can't even imagine the situation if a child were around. Be careful, check by pouring water before doing anything. especially hot water. I've noticed that hot steam comes off easier than cold water.
