Slid inconspicuously behind the seat belt but then sunk in and I haven't felt any better with the product. There is no way to extract its contents once it's on the ground. Maybe you could put it there on purpose to catch whatever falls there to make it easier to find, but for an active console element that's a total failure. The pliable material is ok, but nothing is holding it in place.
