The ability to track all of our leads and prospects in one place (website). I don't like that it's so hard to get a hold of someone when you have questions or need help. They are very good at keeping me updated with changes and new features. It would be nice if they could keep better records of who we talk to and what we do for them. We use ComResource to manage all of our leads and prospects. It makes it easy to see where we're spending time and effort, as well as how many contacts we've made since last month.
