ComResource, Inc. Review

We love the ComResource team and how they support the company. We have been a client for about a year and they have been a huge help. There are a few things I dislike. The ability to track all of our leads and prospects in one place (website). I don't like that it's so hard to get a hold of someone when you have questions or need help. They are very good at keeping me updated with changes and new features. It would be nice if they could keep better records of who we talk to and what we do for them. We use ComResource to manage all of our leads and prospects. It makes it easy to see where we're spending time and effort, as well as how many contacts we've made

The best part of this software was its ability for me as an employee in my department at work with no prior experience using it or any other similar programs like Microsoft Excel etc., I could use all aspects such us calculating payrolls/benefits calculations (payroll taxes), tracking time spent working overtime hours per week which helped save our organization money by not having employees come into office everyday just so they can clock out; also being able calculate benefits payments monthly
